Meet the Team

My name is Mayra García. I was born in Monterrey, Mexico, and raised in Dallas, Texas. I speak English and Spanish. I graduated from high school in 2006. I’ve been blessed in my marriage since 2014 with 5 wonderful children. My children love to travel to the beach. Their favorite place to eat is Olive Garden because they love to eat pasta. They sure drive me crazy with their silliness and playfulness! They are my whole world. In my free time, I love spending time with them by watching movies, going to the park, and also going to church. I became a dental assistant in 2011 at a pediatric dentistry, which showed me that I love working with kids. I enjoy educating and encouraging patients through their dental journey. My favorite part of the job is providing patients with the experience of good dental care and the feeling of having a beautiful smile. I also enjoy being at the front desk because I get to know all of our patients personally and make sure they receive quality service and attention. I’ve been part of a wonderful team with Yes Dental since 2018.
